Dutch Translation. Allready did Web/NL translated

Dear Lady/Gentleman,

Kindly I ask your attention.

Many Thanks about the GOTD! :)

However, there is NO Dutch Translation.

I tried to do it myself, but the only files I could translate where WEB/EN, Local.xml and Locale,js
into Dutch.

How to get the whole program translated, it's all embedded?
